What's your warranty years?
The warranty period is ten years if the conditions are met. The product shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ten years from the start date of the warranty. The product will be subject to usage restrictions based on the ambient temperature listed in the table below, and will operate in a normal manner according to the guidelines / specifications / warning labels provided by our company.
After different years, there will still be 80% remaining usable power guaranteed.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
If the product is damaged upon receipt, we will provide you with a new item as soon as possible, without delaying your use.

What assistance can I get if I encounter difficulties during installation?
Our sales team provides detailed installation videos and instructions, as well as remote installation guidance throughout the entire process. We regularly organize installation guidance meetings in Europe and other places, provide face-to-face technical training, and provide free food and accommodation throughout the entire process.

What if I encounter quality issues with the product?
No matter what caused the problem and it is not usable, we will replace the battery with a new one from our warehouse in Europe as soon as possible. Please rest assured that our product has not received any quality complaints for many years, and the probability of quality problems is currently very low.

Can you offer OEM or ODM?
Yes, we are an LFP battery specialized solution provider mainly in the energy storage field. Please inform us of your applications, inverter brand and model name. We will select or customize an LFP battery system for you.

How long will it take to ship the goods after I make the payment?
If it is not a customized version, we usually prepare some stock. We have 3 warehouses in Europe for hot-selling items that can be picked up on the same day.
If it is OEM, we need to ship from China and can ship within 7–15 days.
If it is ODM, it also needs to be designed and customized from China, then shipped, with a design cycle of 15–30 days.

How long is the warranty period for your LFP batteries?
Our LFP batteries come with a 10-year warranty, provided the product is used under the specified ambient temperature conditions and operated according to our guidelines. After the warranty period, the battery will still retain at least 80% of its usable power capacity.

How quickly can orders be shipped after payment?
For standard (non-customized) products, we maintain stock across 3 warehouses in Europe — same-day pickup is available for hot-selling items. OEM orders ship from China within 7–15 days. ODM orders require a design and production cycle of 15–30 days before shipment.

What is your process for handling product quality issues?
In the rare event of a quality issue that renders the battery unusable, we will replace it with a new unit from our European warehouse promptly. Our products have maintained an excellent quality record with no complaints over many years, making quality issues extremely uncommon.
