What's your warranty years?
The warranty period is ten years if the conditions are met. The product shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ten years from the start date of the warranty. The product will be subject to usage restrictions based on the ambient temperature listed in the table below, and will operate in a normal manner according to the guidelines / specifications / warning labels provided by our company. After different years, there will still be 80% remaining usable power.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
If the product is damaged upon receipt, we will provide you with a new item as soon as possible, without delaying your use.

What assistance can I get if I encounter difficulties during installation?
Our sales team provides detailed installation videos and instructions, as well as remote installation guidance throughout the entire process. We regularly organize installation guidance meetings in Europe and other places, provide face-to-face technical training, and provide free food and accommodation throughout the entire process.

What if I encounter quality issues with the product?
No matter what caused the problem and it is not usable, we will replace the battery with a new one from our warehouse in Europe as soon as possible.
